Welcome to Osool. Please review these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using our Alternative Wealth Custody Portal (the "Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all access and use of the Portal.
Osool provides a private custodial registration and tracking interface for alternative asset portfolios, including but not limited to fine art, physical precious metals, luxury vehicles, private collectibles, and intellectual property. The Portal is intended solely to organize and log custody records, appraisal reports, and legacy allocation planning.
Access to the Portal is restricted to verified users. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure. All activities performed under your authenticated account session are deemed to be authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact support immediately.
When registering and logging assets in the Portal, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date descriptions, specifications, and values. Osool acts solely as a secure ledger and does not independently audit the physical existence or legal title of assets entered into the Portal unless explicitly agreed under a separate, formal custodial agreement.
By using our services, you warrant that:
The Portal and its contents are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Osool makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness or market accuracy of automated market index ticker feeds or heuristic valuation estimations. In no event shall Osool be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your reliance on the Portal's ledger data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated modification date. Your continued use of the Portal after such changes indicates your agreement to the updated Terms.
These Terms and your use of the Portal are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through friendly mediation or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
