• Registry Details: Asset titles, descriptions, acquisition values, storage locations, appraiser credentials, and physical dimensions or grades that you catalog in your secure vault.
• System Interactions: Logging data, page interactions, and network connection parameters necessary to maintain secure sessions.

2. How We Use Information

The information cataloged in the Portal is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To verify and secure access to your wealth custody dashboard.
• To compile and update portfolio valuation reports and historical trends.
• To facilitate legacy wealth planning and transfers defined by you.
• To optimize system performance and diagnose server safety parameters.

Osool does not sell, lease, or monetize your registry details to any third-party marketing companies.

3. Data Protection & Security Protocols

We implement strict administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your asset entries and logs against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. All connection requests are encrypted, and access to internal data structures is restricted according to the security clearance level defined for each asset.

4. Data Retention & Disconnection

When you click the "Disconnect Session" button, your active session token is immediately deleted from your browser's local memory (`sessionStorage`). Your vault registry records remain stored securely in our database and can only be accessed again through successful authentication on the login page.

5. Your Choices & Controls

You have full control over the catalog entries stored in your vault. You can modify, update, or remove registered assets and specification logs at any time during an active session.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post modifications directly to this page with an updated modification date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our data handling protocols.
